Pastor Cynthia “Pastor C” Phifer is a visionary leader, teacher, and life-builder called to help individuals break negative cycles and rise into the life God intended for them. As the Co-Pastor of Truth Deliverance Church and the founder of Cyclebreakers4Life, she is known for her bold biblical teaching, compassionate heart, and ability to speak life into places people thought were permanently broken.

Her journey into ministry and empowerment began in the middle of one of the darkest seasons of her life—job loss, grief, and a deep internal battle. It was in that moment God spoke three words that would change her life forever: “Write, write, write.” Those words birthed books, journals, teachings, and eventually an entire movement dedicated to helping others find their way out of difficult places.

Today, Pastor C is a published author of multiple books, the creator of the Future by Faith Vision Book & Workbook, the founder of CB4L Teen Scene, a certified life coach, the host of Cycle Breaking Monday, and a voice of hope for people who have silently suffered under the weight of generational patterns, trauma, church hurt, or self-doubt. Her ministry is marked by transparency, deliverance-centered teaching, practical application, and the belief that transformation is both spiritual and strategic.

A dynamic communicator, she uses storytelling, relatable examples, prophetic insight, and real-life wisdom to guide people from survival into purpose.
